 Usage Instructions :

 Prepare the Dosa Batter 

 Take the needed quantum of Mappillai Samba Dosa Mix in a coliseum( generally 1 mug of blend). 

 Gradationally add water, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter. The batter should have a pouring thickness, not too thick or thin. generally, for 1 mug of dosa blend, ¾ mug to 1 mug of water is demanded, but acclimate as necessary. 

 Allow the batter to rest for about 10- 15 twinkles if the blend recommends it( or as per your preference for texture). 

 toast the Griddle/ Tava 

 Place a non-stick griddle or tava on medium heat. 

 Once hot, mizzle a little oil painting or ghee on the face of the visage to help sticking. 

 Make the Dosa 

  Pour a scoop of the batter onto the hot griddle and spread it in a indirect stir to form a thin dosa.
