Araikkal : Sprouted Health Mix Powder / Mulaikattiya Sathumaavu-500g

Araikkal Mulaikattiya Sathu Maavu is a traditional, nutrient- thick flour mix made from picked grains, beats, and occasionally indeed seeds, generally used in South Indian cuisine. The term" Mulaikattiya" refers to the sprouting process, and “ Sathu Maavu ” means “ health flour ” or “ nutrient flour ” in Tamil. This flour is frequently used as a health supplement or for making nutritional drinks, porridge, or other food particulars that promote overall heartiness. 

Product ingredients :

 Grains Millets( like Kambu, Pearl Millet), rice, wheat, barley, etc. 

 beats Moong dal( green gram), steed gram, chickpeas, etc. 

 Seeds( voluntary) Sesame seeds, flaxseeds, or other seeds. 

 Spices( voluntary) Some performances of Sathu Maavu include spices like cumin, cardamom, or gusto to enhance digestion and flavor. 

 Usage instruction :

 In a mixing coliseum, combine 1 mug of Mulaikattiya Sathu Maavu with a pinch of swab. 

 Gradationally add water to form a smooth dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky. 

 Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a flat slice( roti) using a rolling leg. 

 toast a tava( griddle) on medium heat. Place the roti on the hot griddle and cook until small bubbles form on the face. 

 Flip and cook the other side for a nanosecond or two. Voluntarily, you can apply a little ghee or oil painting on top for redundant flavor. 

 Serve the roti with curry, chutney, or yogurt.
