1.  REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

        Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 48 hrs. If 48hrs have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous

Eligible Return Conditions:

A return request may only be raised if:

The product is damaged upon delivery.

Incorrect goods are delivered.

The product's quality does not match the description provided on the platform.

Time Frame for Return Requests:

Users or customers must contact the Company's customer care within 48 hours of product delivery to raise a return request. Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted, and the Company will not be held responsible under any circumstances.

Proof Requirement:

A return request will only be considered valid if the customer provides sufficient proof that the product was damaged upon delivery or that the delivered product is incorrect.

How to Raise a Return Request:

Return requests must be made by calling or emailing the Company’s customer care within 48 hours of delivery.

Return not accepts following conditions:

“Returnable” or “not-returnable” Products are mentioned as all Product pages under descriptions or Additional information

  1. Used or Damaged Items:
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
  2. Electronics:
    • Once the seal is broken, electronic items can’t be returned unless they are faulty.
  3. Consumable Products:
    • Food, beverages, beauty, health and personal hygiene items are not eligible for return,
  4. Bulky Items:
    • Large items like furniture, statues, paintings, and temples cannot be returned.
  5. Custom-Made Items:
    • Hand-made or custom-made products are non-returnable.
  6. Non-Returnable Marked Items:
    • Products labelled and if mentioned as "non-returnable" on the product page it cannot be returned.
  7. Discounted Items:
    • No returns, exchanges, or refunds for items bought during sales or with discount codes.
  8. Cash-on-Delivery Orders:
    • Refunds are not available for items purchased using the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option.

 

2.      CANCELLATION

Time Limit for Cancellation:

 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be processed for shipping.

How to Cancel Your Order:

Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.

Select the order you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Order."

Alternatively, you can email us at [sales@orgoshops.com] with your order details for assistance.

 Cancelled item Refund Process:

 For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

No refund will be provided for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

Exceptions:

 Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made or non-returnable items are not eligible for cancellation.

  PROCESSING OF REFUND

Refunds are done within 7-14 business days. The refunds may be done by the Company to the User’s account after deducting delivery charges from the amount paid. Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.

The Company does not provide the exchange or general returns of their products delivered, and any return of the product has to be through the delivery personnel only.

All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to sales@orgoshops.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.

All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s Customer care on following such guidelines.

 Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@orgoshops.com, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@orgoshops.com and send your item to seller address on the invoice bill

 Gifts

 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: sales@orgoshops.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
