Thengai Mittai (தேங்காய்மிட்டாய்) is a traditional South Indian sweet made from grated coconut (thengai) and jaggery (vellam). It is often shaped into small balls or cubes and flavored with cardamom. This sweet is rich in natural carbohydrates, iron, and healthy fats from coconut, and is commonly found in local sweet shops or made at home during festivals and special occasions.

1. Storage:
