Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. The manufacturer and courier services process the orders, which takes around 2 days for products to be dispatched.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, products usually take between 3 to 7 business days to get delivered but can take longer from time to time.
  • The Platform will ship the order through their courier partners.
  • Sellers may also ship the ordered products directly at the shipping address. in this case, the seller is liable for the safety of their product. Duration of delivery days by platform and seller may be different.
  • The Platform will ship only those products which net weights are available or possible to measure.
  • The Platform provides cash on delivery however, food items cannot be purchased through cash on delivery.
  • Package delivery timing – 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Delivery days – all days
  • The delivery agent will contact the customer on call, email or SMS before arrival.
  • The order shall be considered to be complete after 24 hours of delivering the product.
  • The customer can return the product to the delivery person.
