 How to Use Patis Rasam Podi :

To make Rasam, add about 1-2 tablespoons of this Patis Rasam Podi to your tamarind extract along with chopped tomatoes, water, and any desired seasonings (such as curry leaves and cilantro).
Boil the mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes, then add salt and adjust to taste.
Optionally, temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dry red chilies in ghee or oil to add extra flavor.

 For Other Dishes:You can also use this rasam podi in other South Indian dishes like sambar or to season vegetables and rice.
