Usage Instructions

For Dosa Preparation:

Mix 1 cup of dosa mix with water to form a smooth batter.

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Heat a pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread evenly.

Cook on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.

For Thick Pancakes (Uttapam):

Prepare batter as above but keep it slightly thick.

Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and curry leaves.

Cook on a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

For Instant Porridge:

Mix with warm water or buttermilk and consume as a light meal.
