Usage Instructions

Soaking 

Rinse the rice thoroughly.

Soak in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Cooking on Stovetop:

Add 1 cup of Poongar Rice to 2.5-3 cups of water.

Cook on medium heat until soft (approximately 30-40 minutes).

Drain excess water if needed and let it rest before serving.

Cooking in Pressure Cooker:

Use 1 cup of rice with 2.5 cups of water.

Cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame.

Allow the pressure to release naturally.

Serve with curries, dals, or vegetable stir-fries.
