Description
•Nakshathra fully seasoned cast iron dosa tawa is having in diameter – 12 inches, thickness– 10 mm& weight – 2.5 kg .Store in a closed cabinet / before using heating up the pan sterilizes it.
•Do not wash or soak in water. Advised wipe the cast iron tawa thoroughly before and after cooking / re-season the iron tawa after use / use the tawa frequently to avoid rust.
Nakshathra fully seasoned cast iron tawa as your food with iron while cast iron doesn’t leach chemicals, it can leach some iron into your food...and that’s a good thing.
