Araikkal Panivaragu Gothumai Ravai is a nutritional dish made from a combination of Panivaragu( Pearl Millet) and Gothumai Ravai( Broken Wheat). 

 Product ingredient:

Panivaragu gothumai ravai 

 Usage instruction :

 In a dry pan, smoothly rally the Panivaragu( plum millet) for 2- 3 twinkles until it turns golden. Remove and set away. 

 also, rally the Gothumai Ravai( broken wheat) for a nanosecond or two until it becomes smoothly heated. Set away. 

 Tempering 

 Heat oil painting or ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them expectorate. 

 Add urad dal, chana dal, and sauté until they turn golden brown. 

 Add diced green chilies, grated gusto, and curry leaves. Sauté for a nanosecond or until the spices release their scent. 

 Cooking the Admixture 

 Add turmeric greasepaint and swab to the tempering, also add the roasted Panivaragu and Gothumai Ravai to the visage. Mix well. 

 Pour in water( about 2 to 2.5 mugs, depending on the thickness you prefer). Bring it to a pustule. 

 Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and poach until both the millet and broken wheat are cooked and the water is absorbed( about 12- 15 twinkles). 

 Final Touches :

 Once the dish is cooked and the water is absorbed, turn off the heat. Let it rest for a many twinkles to firm up. 

 Garnish with fresh coriander and, if asked , a squeeze of bomb juice for added flavor. 

 You can also sprinkle some grated coconut on top for an fresh subcaste of taste.
