Usage Instructions
For Sambar Preparation:
Cook toor dal (pigeon pea lentils) with vegetables of choice.
Add tamarind extract and let it simmer.
Mix 2-3 teaspoons of Pepper Sambar Podi and stir well.
Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dry red chilies in ghee/oil.
For Rasam & Soups:
