Preparation Instructions

1. Take 1 cup of Multi Millets Instant Dosa Mix in a bowl.

2. Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter.

3. Adjust the quantity of water according to the desired consistency.

4. Allow the batter to rest for approximately 5–10 minutes, or follow the instructions provided on the packaging.

5. Heat a suitable dosa pan or tawa.

6. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread evenly.

7. Cook over medium heat until the dosa reaches the desired texture.

8. Flip if required and cook the other side briefly.

9. Serve hot.
