✅ Ragi Millet – Care Tips
1. Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
In humid areas, store in the refrigerator to extend shelf life and prevent spoilage.
2. Pest Prevention:

Add dried neem leaves, bay leaves, or cloves to the container to deter insects.
Occasionally sun-dry the ragi grains if stored for long durations.

3. Shelf Life:
Whole ragi can last 6–8 months when stored properly.
Check regularly for signs of insects, mold, or foul odor.

4. Before Use:
Wash thoroughly and dry before cooking or grinding to remove any dust or impurities.
For Sprouted Ragi: soak, drain, and allow to germinate for 1–2 days before drying and grinding.
