Usage Instruction

For Adai: Mix the dry mix with water to form a thick batter. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat a pan, pour a portion of batter, and spread it into a round pancake shape. Cook both sides until golden brown.

For Dosa: Mix the dry mix with water to form a thinner batter. Let it ferment for 8-12 hours (optional).
Pour a thin layer of batter onto a hot, greased pan and cook until crispy.
