Usge instruction :
Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Naavatta mix and slowly add water, stirring to form a smooth batter with a consistency similar to dosa batter (not too thick or thin).
Rest the Batter: Allow the batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes (optional, depending on your preference).
Heat the Griddle: Heat a non-stick griddle or tava on medium heat.
Pour the Batter: Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Cook: Drizzle some oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
Flip (Optional): If you prefer, you can flip the dosa to cook the other side for an additional minute. But traditionally, Naavatta dosas are enjoyed crispy without flipping.
Serve: Serve the dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
