Preparation Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Batter
Take the required quantity of Kuthiraivali Dosa Ready Mix in a bowl.
Gradually add water and mix well until a dosa-batter consistency is achieved.
Curd may be added if recommended on the product packaging or according to the selected preparation method.
Allow the batter to rest for approximately 10–15 minutes, or follow the resting time specified on the packaging.
Step 2 – Prepare the Dosa
Heat a dosa pan or tawa.
Pour a ladle of prepared batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into the desired shape.
Add a small quantity of cooking oil around the edges if required.
Cook until the desired colour and texture are achieved. Turn and cook the other side if necessary.
