Usage Instructions:
Washing: Wash the Karuppu Kavuni rice thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt and excess starch. Since the rice has a thicker bran layer, it may need a few rinses until the water runs clear.
Cooking ratio: For every 1 cup of Karuppu Kavuni rice, use 2.5 to 3 cups of water, depending on the desired texture. The rice needs slightly more water than regular white rice to cook properly.
