Usage Instructions:

Mix the Batter: In a bowl, take the required quantity of Aagaaram Multi Millet Dosa Mix.

Add Water: Gradually add water to the mix and stir well to make a smooth batter. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.

Consistency: Adjust the consistency of the batter. For dosas, it should be a thin, pourable consistency.

Cooking: Preheat a dosa tawa (griddle) and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of the batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

Flip & Serve: Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
