Chukku Kaappi/Ginger Coffee is a traditional healthy coffee of South India, esp Kerala made by brewing dry ginger with coffee powder. It is commonly used as an effective remedy for cough, sore throat, fever and indigestion. Dried ginger powder, coffee powder, black pepper, coriander, holy basil, long pepper etc, are used in this natural and ayurvedic home remedy recipe.Add 1 teaspoon of Ginger Coffee Powder in a glass of water and boil for two minutes. Stir well and serve hot.
