REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

  1. RETURN REQUESTS

Any complaints or queries raised after 24 hours will not be taken into account by the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any kind of issues which is raised after 24 hours.

Upon your purchase of the product through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on general grounds. If the product so delivered is Damaged when received, Wrong Goods delivered, Quality not matched as per description, the User or the Customer may raise a request for the Return of the product by contacting the customer care of the Platform within 48 hours from the delivery of the product.

No return requests shall be entertained if raised after 48 hours from the delivery of the product and the Company shall not be responsible for the same under any circumstances.

A return request shall be made only upon the Customer has sufficient proof for the product to be damaged on delivery or the product so delivered is incorrect.

All return requests shall be made by the User by calling or emailing the Company within 48 hours of delivery. The User can email at sales@orgoshops.com with the reason for return or call at +91 9498030606.

  1. PROCESSING OF REFUND

Refunds are done within 7 business days. The refunds may be done by the Company to the User’s account after deducting delivery charges from the amount paid. Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.

The Company does not provide the exchange or general returns of their products delivered, and any return of the product has to be through the delivery personnel only.

All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to sales@orgoshops.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.

All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s Customer care on following such guidelines.

  1. CANCELLATION

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by a distributor and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
