How do you shortlist a seller?

We review sellers based on product quality, natural ingredients, genuineness, uniqueness and business suitability. Orgoshops is a managed marketplace, so every seller and product is reviewed before approval.

Is there any monthly rental?

No. Currently, we do not charge any registration fee or monthly listing/subscription fee.

Can I list only selected products?

Yes. You can start with selected products from your collection. Orgoshops may also approve only the products that match our internal quality guidelines.

How are payments settled?

Customer payments, including COD collections, are received through Orgoshops and logistics partners. After reconciliation, commission and applicable charges are deducted, and the balance amount is settled to the seller on a weekly or monthly basis.

Who handles packaging?

Sellers are responsible for proper cartons, boxes and safe packing. Orgoshops may provide tapes and stickers based on requirement.

What if the product is damaged in transit?

We work with trusted logistics partners. If damage happens, we review customer photos, seller packaging and courier handling before taking the next step.

Will Orgoshops promote my products?

Yes. Orgoshops promotes listed products through online and offline marketing activities, including social media, SEO, ads, campaigns and product storytelling.
