• Add half a cup of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of milk to two tablespoons of this mask, whisk and apply to hair from root to tip.
• Leave on for 20 minutes and shampoo.
• Alternatively it can be applied to shampooed hair as a conditioner.
• Rinse with room temperature water for best results. Can be used once a week.
