1. Moisten skin by having a lukewarm shower, apply the body polish on wet skin.
2. Massage using circular motions and be gentle while rubbing the polish against the skin.
3. Use a little pressure while scrubbing on tanned body parts and use more water if required.
4. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, apply an anti-tan body wrap to seal in the goodness of oils present in this body polish to lift out the tan.
